If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
Orders: In-stock items will be shipped ASAP but may require 5-8 business days for delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).
Standard Shipping ($8): Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 5-10 business days after receipt of your order.
Returns: Belmont Publications, Inc. offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.
